Please use 220V, 50HZ power source.

The power socket used by this machine must have an earthing wire

Avoid using the same circuit for the power socket of the mahjong machine and devices that switch on and off in a regulated manner, such as air conditioning systems or refrigerators

Don¡¯t use damaged wires.

Wires should be kept away from people.

For your safety, don¡¯t put irrelevant stuffs on the table, such as teacup, pen, and coins.

Don¡¯t repair the machine except professional stuffs.

Don¡¯t try to repair the system by yourself.

How to set the gear of the operation panel

1.Press any two adjacent dice for 3 seconds to enter the setting state, at which time the four banker lights will flash simultaneously£»The LCD screen or stopwatch displays the current gear as a number

2.Press +.- button

3.Press button with dice icon to exit the setting.

Analysis of common failures

1.Center lifting is inflexible or does not lift into place

A.The lifting tube is short of oil  

B.The fixing screw of the center lifting crank is loose or the lifting crank bearing has fallen off

C.The lifting pipe drag seat is deviated from the lifting crankshaft bearing

D.Deformation of the lifting guide bracket or loosening of the bracket fixing screws

2.Center lifting does not stop

A.The center lifting magnetic control K7 is damaged

B.The magnetic iron of the center lifting crankshaft falls off or demagnetizes
C.The up/down button on the control panel is broken 

D.The motherboard is damaged.

3.Shuffle too slow or timeout alarm

A.The large plate of beef tendon is broken 

B.The mahjong tiles are slanted or jammed in the entrance of the tile dispenser
C.The mahjong tiles are either too dirty ordemagnetized

D.The pusher rod of the tile dispenser is broken  

E.One of the sides has abnormal transportation of mahjong tiles

4.strange sound when shuffling

A.The roller on the mahjong tiles is lacking oil
B.The bearing in the conveying part is lacking oil

C.There is a foreign object stuck to the magnet of the card turning magnet or the suction wheel's magnet

5.The conveyor belt cannot operate

A.There are screws or foreign objects stuck on the suction cup wheel of the conveyor, causing it to be stuck  

B.The transmission wheel bearings at the conveying part have failed

C.Conveyor motor is broken

D.The motherboard's thyristor is damaged

6.The mahjong tiles stand at pushers

7.Vertical mahjong tiles Pushers¡¯ backward movement is not in place

8.Horizontal pushers only push single row or never stop

A.The sensitivity of the K15 optical controller for inspecting mahjong tiles at the machine head is too strong

B.The conveyor motor speed is slow
C.The conveying outlet is not smooth
